Announcement: We will move to a new support system soon!

Welcome back to Magestore Support System!

Just a quick announcement for all you guys that since December 22nd, 2015, Magestore will move to a new support system; thus, if you guys have any question or problems related to our products, you can always reach us here at our new address:

or just click on the "Submit a Ticket" button and you will be redirected to the new support page. Cool, right?

With the desire of providing the best support and service for our customers, we truly hope that you will have great experience with our new support system.

This is quite new but don’t worry; here are some starting tips for you :)

 

This is your first time at Magestore helpdesk?

For any question related to our products, policy or payment methods, there’re 2 ways for you to get the answer:

*Option 1: Search in our Knowledgebase – Just type your question into the Search box.

This is the fastest way for you to get the answer you want. Besides, our knowledgebase is frequently updated so you may easily find some great tips or advices for your site as well :)

*Option 2: Submit a Request

In case your question/problem is kind of unique and hasn’t been found in Knowledgebase yet, just submit a ticket to our support team and we will contact back to you with solution.

You got our support before and now you come back for existing issues?

In that case, please be assured that your tickets still be kept safely in our old system. You can always login to your old account to check them whenever you need and if you reply to the previous emails your message will be directed to our new system and we will still support you as normal.

Multi-stock support- New integration between WebPOS and Inventory is out now

Dear customer,

We have been receiving a lot of requests from WebPOS/Inventory’s users for multi-stock feature. If you have a business running different warehouses & physical stores, you will be aware of how inconvenient and time consuming it is when checking if one product is available for customers or not.

From those feedbacks, we quickly recognized how important it is to find the solution then immediately started working to relieve the burden for store owners. Finally, we can now proudly introduce to you the mind-blowing integration between WebPOS and Inventory extension with the main updated features as below:

  • Control Of Your Inventory Across All Sales Locations: Inventory data will be synced seamlessly in real time between your storage & sales locations.

  • Line Up Your Staff Between Sales Locations And Warehouses: You can add sales staffs to a specific warehouse and grant them the permission to create shipments from that storage location.

  • Visualize Only What In Stock: The system filters displayed products by not only category but also the selected warehouse to ship. Unavailable or out-of-stock products will not be shown

Welcome to Magestore’s support system. Since you visit this page, perhaps you are having some unclear questions or problems related to our products. Whether you have purchased our extensions or are interested in any of them, we are willing to assist you.
Our top priority is to satisfy you with the best support in the shortest time, thus we'd appreciate if you could follow some tips to cooperate with our support team better.

- For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately.
 

- For technical issues, please try to provide us as much information as possible so that we can solve the problem for you in the shortest time:

  • Your order information: License Serial of the purchased product at Magestore

  • FTP and Admin information (recommended)

  • Screenshots / Screencasts (please make notes on the images if possible)

  • Description of the errors


Please note that the maximum size of the file attached is 8 MB. If your files exceed this maximum, your email may not reach us.

After your ticket is created, we will answer you via email within 24h (48h if the ticket is submitted at weekend). Therefore if you don’t get our response within this time, there are 2 reasons which may cause the problem:

- Your ticket hadn’t been created successfully. Please ensure you get the notification email which confirms that your ticket has been created.
- Our response was transferred to your Spam box -> you should check your spam as well and mark our email as “Not spam”.

You also can submit ticket by sending email directly to our email address: support@magestore.com. Please check if you get the confirmation email from our system to ensure the ticket has been created successfully.
