Message from our Supporters, please read before submitting a ticket

Our working time is 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (GMT+7). So if you email us or submit ticket besides this working time, we're really sorry that we are not able to respond you soon. Especially if you submit ticket at weekend, please be patient and we will respond to you right when we're back on Monday (GMT+7).

For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately.
For technical issues, please try to provide us as much information as possible so that we can solve the problem for you in the shortest time:
  • Your order information: License Serial of the purchased product at Magestore
  • FTP and Admin information (recommended)
  • Screenshots / Screencasts
  • Description of the errors

  • Another note is that the maximum size of a file attachment is 8MB.
